Mobile Bar Website Design

Your Bar Is The Party.
Your Website Is The Invitation.
Does Your Website Live Up To Your Bar?
Then someone finds you online and it's:
- the same "how much?" DM for the fortieth time this season
- a packages PDF they have to email you for
- a drink menu pasted in as plain text
- stock photos that could be anyone's bar
- a booking link that sends them to a page that doesn't look like you at all
None of that is a you problem. It's a website problem, and it's a very fixable one.
It answers the questions first
Your packages, starting prices, service area, and booking link are right there, so people reach out already knowing what they want. Less back and forth, more "we're in."
Built for mobile bars
A lot of Showit templates are made for photographers. Ours are made for trailers, carts, travel fees, dry hire, and venues asking for your COI. We've done brand and website work for mobile bars and built templates just for them, so we already speak your language.
It looks as good as your bar does
You spent real money on your setup. Your site should feel like the experience, with your real photos and your vibe, not a generic site with a cocktail stock photo slapped on it.
A Website That Answers "How Much?" So You Don't Have To
Everything They Want To Know Before They Inquire
Cheers!
Inquiry Form
Asks for date, guest count, and venue, so your first reply can be a quote.
Answered FAQs
What’s included, what you need at the venue, and what you bring, answered upfront.
Booking Steps
Inquire, quote, deposit, event. The whole process, laid out.
Starting Prices
A starting number up front, so people know you fit before they reach out.
Clear Packages
What’s included and who each package fits, so nobody has to ask.
Couples, planners, and venues all ask the same things. Your new site answers them before they ever open your DMs.
Your site is live, with a week of post-launch support for any tweaks.
Monday, Live:
Kickoff and design Friday, full build Saturday. You review Saturday afternoon, send revisions by Sunday late morning, and we finish up and get it ready to launch Sunday night.
Friday to Sunday, We Build:
Your copy and photos come in, and they need to be in on time. We don't start the build until we have everything.
Thursday, Content Due:
Prep guide and questionnaire, plus a copywriting guide so you're filling in blanks, not staring at a blank page.
Before the weekend:
A little prep up front, then we take it from here. You get a prep guide and questionnaire ahead of time, and we give your site our full attention all weekend.
Website in a Weekend
- A Showit website built from one of our mobile bar templates and customized to your brand, 5 to 7 pages plus a blog (don't want the blog? swap it for another page, like a venues and planners page)
- Mobile-responsive design that looks good on the phone your clients are scrolling on
- Your colors and fonts applied throughout, with font pairing guidance if needed
- Your booking tool built into your pages (any tool that gives you an embed code works), or Showit's own form if you don't have one or you've been using Google Forms
- On-page SEO basics, so Google knows what you do and where
- Social links, favicon, 404 page, and Privacy Policy and Terms pages placeholders
- One round of revisions and 1 week of post-launch support
A Showit subscription and a domain
Your logo and event photos
Your packages and pricing
Your copy (the copywriting guide makes it easy)
What we'll need from you
$2,475, or 3 payments of $825
Whether you run a bar trailer, a cart, or a pop-up setup, your site gets a home for your packages, your drink menu, and photos from real weddings and events, plus a form that asks the right questions up front.
A Website Built Around How Mobile Bars Actually Book
You've seen it... a bar with a gorgeous Instagram, and then no website. Suddenly you're wondering if they're still around, if they're legit, if they even take bookings. A great feed gets people interested. A website is what makes them feel sure.
Your website is the part of your business that stays put. Posts get buried and stories disappear, but a branded site is always there, looking the same way, for the couple who finds you today and the planner who finds you next year. For venues and planners deciding who to recommend, a real site shows them you run a real business.
It's also how new people find you. Instagram works for the people who already follow you. A website with the right titles, descriptions, and wording is what helps people who've never heard of you find your bar when they search for a mobile bar in their area.
